## Description

The Haris Khan Foundation is a UK-based nonprofit organisation dedicated to raising awareness of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). The foundation grew from the experience of Haris Khan, diagnosed with SMA Type 1 in 2019, and his family’s campaign to secure access to treatment.
