## Description

Harmoniq is developing a human-first coordination architecture for a federated Human–AI economy. Its central idea, Full-Stack Alignment, extends beyond aligning AI models to include the energy, compute, data, institutions, capital and communities that shape how AI is built and used. The aim is to help regions and organisations develop interoperable, resource-aware AI capacity under locally legitimate policies, while supporting human agency, democratic oversight and ecological limits.

Harmoniq’s proposed system is designed to verify physical capacity, coordinate workloads across federated infrastructure, and structure contracts and accounting so hosting regions and their people can share in the value created. Its broader vision connects a socio-economic layer for people and communities with an orchestration system that can route models, data, capital and energy according to context and constraints.

Harmoniq also proposes TELO, a potential neutral reserve asset backed by verified renewable energy capacity. The company states that TELO does not yet exist; its work begins with a safe-asset system and envisions a broader operating system for shared prosperity and long-term resilience.
