## Description

Harriers is a dynamic running team based in Shibuya, Tokyo, established in 2005. Founded by Taro Azuki after an inspiring visit to Exeter in the UK, Harriers has grown into a vibrant community dedicated to fostering a love for running. The organization offers a range of programs, including beginner and advanced training sessions, personal coaching, and specialized workshops aimed at enhancing running skills.

In addition to regular training, Harriers actively engages in community-driven initiatives, such as providing running shoes to Zambian orphanages and supporting earthquake recovery efforts through marathon events. With a commitment to both personal growth and social responsibility, Harriers has welcomed approximately 320 members since its inception, creating an inclusive environment for runners of all levels.

Interested participants can easily register for activities and pay online using various methods, including credit card and PayPal. For more information on their schedule, programs, or to get involved, visit their website at www.harriers.jp.
