## Description

HartBewust is a Dutch brand focused on supporting children’s emotional growth and helping them develop greater calm, self-love and self-confidence. Its courses and programs are designed for children and the adults around them, including parents, teachers and other professionals who work with children.

For families, HartBewust offers the HartBewust Kids course and one-to-one coaching for children or parents. The course uses small-group lessons to help children practise stress and emotion regulation; it consists of ten weekly sessions and is suitable for primary-school ages, with materials adapted to different levels. The website lists a practice location in Oud Gastel and announces plans for courses at additional locations.

For schools and professionals, HartBewust provides school-based support, a two-day training for teachers and childcare staff, and a five-day professional training for practitioners with their own practice. The organization also offers brain measurement with a report, a webshop, a podcast, blogs and educational resources.
