## Description

Emilia Sanders Hästpraktik AB is an ambulatory veterinary practice focused on the health and care of horses in the Borlänge area of Sweden. Founded in 2011 by veterinarian Emilia Sanders-Mattson, the practice brings together her veterinary training, specialist competence in equine diseases and experience at several of Sweden’s largest horse clinics. She is also trained in animal chiropractic and equine dentistry, and has specialist knowledge of artificial insemination.

The practice offers horse vaccinations, castrations, examinations and lameness investigations. Equipped with tools including a fiber-optic endoscope, X-ray and ultrasound equipment, Emilia can assess and investigate a range of equine health concerns. Emergency care may be available, subject to time, for injuries, colic and other problems.

Emilia works alongside assistant Christina Erlandsson, who brings extensive horse experience from a 30-year career as an A-trainer in harness racing, as well as training as an animal caretaker. Together, they provide experienced, attentive veterinary care and invite horse owners to get in touch to discuss their animal’s needs or arrange an appointment.
