## Description

Have Heart Doula Services provides personalized birth, lactation, and craniosacral therapy support to families across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Led by Landon Yakovleva, a birth doula with more than 10 years of experience and over 900 births attended, the practice supports families during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Care is tailored to each family and grounded in evidence-based information, advocacy, and emotional and physical support. Landon attends births in homes, birth centers, and hospitals, supporting a wide range of circumstances, including VBACs, scheduled cesareans, high-risk pregnancies, and multiple births.

The Have Heart doula package includes two prenatal visits, communication support, attendance during birth, and a postpartum visit. Additional offerings include in-home lactation counseling for feeding challenges and craniosacral therapy appointments for adults, children, and infants, available at home or in an office. Craniosacral therapy is described as a gentle, hands-on approach that may support comfort and function; infant sessions commonly address feeding concerns and other issues such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, colic, and reflux.
