## Description

HBC Zarean is a family-friendly basketball club based in Hasparren, at the heart of the Basque Country. Welcoming players of different ages and abilities, it offers teams from minibasket and youth categories through to senior women’s and men’s basketball, as well as a recreational basketball section. The club is recognised as a two-star French minibasket school by the French Basketball Federation, reflecting its focus on developing young players. HBC Zarean also promotes inclusion and community participation: in partnership with CDSA64, it supports basketball coaching for young people with intellectual and/or psychological disabilities, offers dedicated wheelchair-basketball training, and organises wheelchair-basketball events in Hasparren. Its civic label highlights work on sustainability, inclusion, responsibility and fairness. Basque language and culture are welcomed and promoted, including through training sessions conducted in Basque. Beyond regular practices and games, the club runs basketball camps during school holidays, group outings, and recurring events. Supporters can browse a club shop featuring items such as sweatshirts, bags, socks and clothing, and explore photo and video galleries of the club’s activities.
