## Description

Sanyou Gallery is an online art community and forum for people interested in visual arts, founded around the “Sketching China” initiative. Its website brings together discussions, artwork, artist features, and community activities, with dedicated sections for oil painting, watercolor, acrylics, Chinese ink painting and calligraphy, digital art and CG, sculpture and ceramics, and art education and events. Members can share work, exchange ideas, explore art-related topics, and participate in discussions and activities promoted by the forum. The site also publishes posts about artists and artworks, including contemporary and historical painters from China and abroad. It welcomes art enthusiasts and invites people to join its community, while providing guidance for new users and opportunities to contribute as volunteer moderators. Rather than presenting a conventional catalogue of goods or commercial services, Sanyou Gallery functions primarily as a platform for art discovery, peer interaction, and creative exchange. Its forum format supports a broad range of artistic interests, from traditional media and practices to digital creation.
