## Description

Healing Steps is a supportive community helping parents navigate grief after the loss of a child, whether during pregnancy or after birth. Founded by David and Angelina in memory of their stillborn son, Danya, the organisation offers a compassionate space where bereaved parents can share their stories, feel understood and take gentle steps toward peace and healing. Its work is shaped by the founders’ experience and their belief in the value of open conversation and connection with others who understand.

Healing Steps shares practical, emotional and spiritual insights from its ongoing journey, curates helpful resources and rituals, and welcomes parents to tell their stories when they are ready. It also connects families with one another and with compassionate professionals, including those who support people through pregnancy and infant loss. The organisation’s first shared healing experience is a planned walk on the El Camino de Santiago in May 2026 with bereaved parents and a bereavement doula.
