## Description

Health Printables creates evidence-based printable trackers, logbooks, and journals to help people record health information at home and share organized records with their healthcare providers. Its products are designed by final-year medical student Burim Bekteshi and clinically reviewed by Dr. Fatime Sadiku, a family medicine specialist and chief of primary healthcare.

The catalog includes a gestational diabetes log for recording fasting and post-meal glucose, meal notes, ketones, and insulin; an insulin and blood glucose logbook with daily dosing records and monthly summary charts; and a blood pressure tracker for morning and evening readings, heart rate, and medication. A migraine and headache diary helps users note symptoms, aura, pain severity, duration, triggers, and medication relief. The print-ready PDFs are available in A4 and US Letter formats, with layouts intended for clear, structured tracking and clinic visits.

Health Printables also publishes educational guides on topics such as measuring blood pressure, using an insulin logbook, and maintaining a migraine diary.
