## Description

Health Psychology Texas provides specialized psychological care for people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, new diagnoses, injury, and the emotional challenges of medical treatment. Founded by Dr. Ben Lippe, a board-certified licensed psychologist with expertise in clinical health psychology, the practice delivers secure telehealth services to patients throughout Texas. Its mission is to make skilled, compassionate health psychology accessible to patients, healthcare providers, and healthcare systems.

Services include personalized individual therapy, pre-surgical psychological evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, and consultation for healthcare professionals and administrators. Evaluations support patients preparing for cosmetic or plastic surgery, bariatric surgery, pain management procedures, and organ transplantation. Therapy can help clients manage medical stress, anxiety, depression, and pain; adjust to illness or injury; cope with treatment-related fears; and develop healthier behaviors. Care is grounded in the understanding that physical health and emotional wellness are closely connected, and that patients’ experiences of pain and illness are real.

All services are provided online, allowing clients to access care from anywhere in Texas.
