## Description

Healthy Motherhood is a family-focused service supporting women through pregnancy, birth, recovery and early motherhood. Based in Dinslaken, North Rhine-Westphalia, the brand serves mothers and families in the surrounding area with practical, personal and holistic care. Founder Vanessa combines her experience as a mother of three with 16 years of work as an operating-room nurse, including medical support for births and caesarean sections.

Services include doula support during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, pregnancy massage, kinesiology taping and placenta processing. Healthy Motherhood also offers prenatal fitness, pelvic floor training, postpartum recovery courses and MamaFit sessions, with options to exercise with or without a baby. Courses for babies and children are available for different age groups, alongside a recovery course for mothers who have experienced pregnancy loss. The offerings are designed to support physical wellbeing, emotional confidence and connection during this significant stage of family life. Healthy Motherhood provides a welcoming space for expectant parents and new mothers to learn, move and share experiences.
