## Description

Healthy Heart Trust is a UK registered charity dedicated to promoting healthy living and preventing heart disease through education, public outreach and policy. Founded 28 years ago by the late Professor Donald Singer, the charity is now chaired by Professor Albert Ferro. Its central aim is to bridge the gap between medical knowledge and public awareness, helping people understand heart risks before disease occurs.

The Trust brings healthcare professionals and the public together through two-way conversations, events and activities, webinars, and accessible content. It also works with corporate, charitable and institutional partners to extend the reach and impact of its health education. Through academic partnerships, the charity offers development opportunities for medical and pharmaceutical students and trainees. Its collaboration with the King’s College London Enterprise scheme provides students in the cardiovascular field with hands-on research and content creation experience.

The Trust also shares articles, publications, podcasts and policy responses, and engages with the press. Supporters can contribute through donations, helping the charity continue its work toward a healthier world.
