The Healthy Tomorrow Foundation is a Nova Scotia charitable organization dedicated to improving well-being and building a healthier future through movement. Created by Doctors Nova Scotia in 2018 to carry forward its Kids Run Club program, the Foundation develops and delivers campaigns, programs, and resources that encourage active living for people of all ages and abilities.

Its flagship program, Kids Run Club, is a free, school-based recreational running program that helps children and youth experience the benefits of physical activity. Since 2004, it has expanded from 3,500 participants at 58 schools to more than 17,000 participants at its peak across 270 schools province-wide. The Make Your Move campaign encourages Nova Scotians to add short, simple bursts of movement to everyday life. Make Your Move at Work builds on this approach with evidence-based resources to help employers support employees in moving more and spending less time sedentary, whether they work in an office or at home.
