- **Website:** <https://hearingloop.org>
- **Primary alias:** `hearingloop.org`

## Description

HearingLoop.org is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information about hearing loops and assistive listening systems. Created and maintained by David G. Myers, a psychology professor and author, this website aims to raise awareness about hearing loss and the technologies that can enhance hearing experiences. With a personal connection to hearing loss, David is committed to supporting individuals with hearing difficulties. He has no financial interests in any hearing assistance company, ensuring his recommendations are unbiased and reliable. HearingLoop.org offers valuable insights into the benefits of using hearing loops in various environments. Whether you are looking to improve TV listening at home, enhance sound quality in houses of worship, theaters, courts, and auditoriums, or provide better accessibility in transient venues like airports and train stations, this website has all the information you need. Additionally, the website provides guidance on finding hearing loop vendors and installers, as well as the cost of hearing loop systems. By promoting assistive listening systems, HearingLoop.org aims to create a world where hearing loss is not a barrier to communication and participation.
