## Description

Heart Mind Centre is Shirsha Marie’s wellness and personal development practice, offering embodied wisdom through Tai Chi, Qigong and Body Psychotherapy. Based in the Byron Bay region, the centre provides group classes, individual sessions, workshops and retreats designed to support vitality, health, resilience and a more balanced relationship with oneself and daily life. Shirsha’s approach brings together internal martial arts, Taoist and Buddhist meditations, and body-based psychotherapy, with an emphasis on mindful awareness, emotional regulation, relaxation and natural self-expression.

Participants can attend Tai Chi and Qigong classes in locations including Mullumbimby and Bangalow, or explore dedicated retreats focused on Qigong, meditation, embodied wisdom and compassion. Body Psychotherapy sessions offer another way to develop self-understanding and emotional balance. For home practice, Heart Mind Centre sells instructional Qigong videos and DVDs covering forms and exercises such as Shibashi, White Crane, Shaolin Coiling, the Eight Treasures, self-massage and warm-ups. The centre also offers video bundles and a DVD set, enabling learners to continue practicing beyond classes.
