Heartstone Farm is a brand that is dedicated to raising good, natural food in the way nature intended. Founded ten years ago by Tara and myself, our farm is the culmination of a lifelong journey. Growing up in Kansas, I developed a deep love for farms, spending Sundays with my best friend and his family on their farm without modern amenities.

Despite taking different career paths, we both knew we wanted to become farmers. Tara's passion for animals and her desire for her children to grow up in a nature-filled environment led us to pursue our dreams and break free from factory farms and big ag. Our mission is to raise cattle in a natural way, free from antibiotics, and to feed them the one thing they are designed to digest - grass.

We believe in providing a stress-free and loving environment for our cattle, which ultimately results in better-tasting, nutritionally rich meat. Located on 500 acres of picturesque Maine land, Heartstone Farm benefits from the perfect grass-growing climate and soil in this region.
