## Description

H.E.A.T. Radlice is a fitness studio in Prague 5 focused on H.E.A.T. Program classes, an aerobic workout designed to help participants burn energy, build strength and improve fitness. Sessions take place on 12 Maxerrunner mechanical treadmills, plus a dedicated instructor treadmill. The machines are powered by users’ muscles and are designed to provide resistance comparable to exercising on real terrain.

The studio welcomes people with different levels of athletic experience and provides guidance from trained instructors with many years of practice. Staff introduce newcomers to the workout and offer support during classes. Visitors can reserve lessons through the studio and check its schedule and prices online.

H.E.A.T. Radlice accepts MultiSport cards; users must first create a registration account at the fitness reception and pay a deposit equal to two classes. Facilities include showers, and towels may be borrowed from reception when needed. Visitors can also buy dietary supplements at the reception and purchase water in the H.E.A.T. room.
