## Description

Heavy Hitters Club is a martial arts and fitness school in New Britain, Connecticut, founded by former UFC heavyweight Parker Porter. The club welcomes competitors, beginners, families, and students seeking fitness, self-defense, confidence, or personal growth, in an environment that emphasizes discipline and respect. Its programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling, wrestling, mixed martial arts, and kickboxing. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are organized for children ages 9–12, teens ages 13–15, fundamentals students ages 16 and older, and advanced students ages 18 and older. Grappling and wrestling training develops takedowns, control, escapes, submissions, conditioning, and ground-fighting skills, while MMA combines striking, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu. Kickboxing includes shadowboxing, footwork, pad and heavy-bag work, and partner drills; children’s kickboxing classes for ages five and up are listed as coming soon. Prospective members can request information, download a free starter kit with program, pricing, and schedule details, book a free tour, or attend an introductory class.
