## Description

Heedli is a UK support app for parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Made in Manchester by Praelion, a UK company, it brings everyday notes, school correspondence, documents and EHCP guidance together in one place, helping families prepare for meetings with a clearer record of their child’s needs and experiences.

The app offers free letter, meeting and EHCP templates that users can edit and export, along with plain-English SEND information, Meltdown Support, searchable calming strategies and an emergency toolkit. Families can record moments, triggers and what helps, and organise documents related to education, health and benefits. Its EHCP guidance covers England, where processes differ from those elsewhere in the UK. Young people can also use a separate personal space for feelings check-ins, daily routines and calming tools.

Free features can be used without an account, child profile or diagnosis. Premium adds child profiles, personalised recording, insights, profile reports and account backup.
