## Description

Hehku Foundation, also known as Töysän Säästöpankkisäätiö, is a Finnish grant-making foundation focused on strengthening financial understanding, regional vitality and community wellbeing. Building on a more than century-long history rooted in savings banking, it supports ideas and initiatives that can create lasting benefits for people and local communities, particularly in its region of South Ostrobothnia.

The foundation awards grants and scholarships for activities, research and education related to financial education, saving, wellbeing, economic development and the vitality of the region. It welcomes projects of different sizes, with particular interest in helping new ideas get started and supporting work that can improve wellbeing, quality of life or economic activity over the long term. When a project’s impact calls for broader resources, the foundation also seeks other funders with shared goals.

Applicants can access information about grant categories, application and reporting guidance, application forms, and previously awarded grants and scholarships through the foundation’s website.
