# Heilpflanzenschule Calendula - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `heilpflanzenschule-calendula.de` ## Description Heilpflanzenschule Calendula is a plant education school in Gießen, Germany, led by Dr. Katharina Vogelsang. It offers training in medicinal plant knowledge, or phytotherapy, for both people without medical experience and professionals in healthcare and nursing. Participants may take voluntary tests to earn certificates as medicinal plant experts or advisers. The school also provides courses in wild plant identification, poisonous plants, gemmotherapy using extracts from tree and shrub buds, and communicating botanical knowledge in teaching. Completing the required course series can lead to certification as a wild plant educator, while an applied botany certificate is available for those who do not intend to teach their knowledge. Advanced learners can attend a phytotherapy update and refresher course. The school also organizes an annual excursion for current and former students. Additional offerings include guided visits to the botanical garden, herb walks, talks on medicinal and poisonous plants, and gift vouchers for courses. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ - 🧪 Biology _(under Science and Education)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Alternative and Natural Medicine _(under Health)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idMfRtxvAk/w/57/h/57/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792909012208) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Flesh | #ffc89f | accent | | Korma | #9f470f | dark | | Ivory | #fffff0 | light | ## Fonts - Tahoma — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
