Based at The Reiki Barn in the Peak District near Ashbourne, Derbyshire, Helen also works at The Lounge in Ashbourne, selected venues across the UK and Europe, private yards, and online. Her gentle Holy Fire Reiki sessions are designed to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and a sense of balance. She works with horses, dogs and other animals, with a particular focus on horses and the relationship between horse and owner. Through Harmony Through Horses, Helen combines Reiki, nervous system awareness and practical horsemanship in one-to-one sessions, small group workshops and bespoke retreat days. Activities can take place with participants’ own horses or alongside Helen’s horses, and do not require riding experience.
