# Helfende Hand - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `helfendehand.pl` ## Description Helfende Hand is a Polish care recruitment agency connecting caregivers with families in Germany. The company says it has more than 20 years of experience helping caregivers find legal employment and supporting families seeking care for older relatives. Its services include recruiting and matching caregivers to assignments based on their experience and German-language skills, assisting with employment formalities, organizing transport from across Poland, and providing coordinator support before departure and throughout each placement. Assignments involve helping seniors with everyday activities such as dressing, personal hygiene, meals, and taking medication as directed by a doctor, as well as household tasks, cooking, shopping, companionship, and walks. Helfende Hand advertises monthly pay of €1,600 to €2,200, depending on the assignment and caregiver’s qualifications. It states that caregivers receive a legal contract and insurance, while accommodation and meals are provided by the senior’s family. German-language skills and prior care experience can expand assignment options but are not always required. Placements commonly last six weeks to two months, with other durations sometimes available. ## Industries - 💼 Jobs and Career - 💼 Human Resources _(under Jobs and Career)_ - 💼 Jobs and Employment _(under Jobs and Career)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Geriatric and Aging Care _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/helfendehand2013) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ideXxRELWU/w/297/h/73/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792930544443) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ideXxRELWU/w/215/h/215/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792930544683) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Deep Cerulean | #0088aa | accent | | Haiti | #0c122d | dark | | Aqua Spring | #f7fdfb | light | ## Fonts - Rubik — asset _(google)_ - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
