## Description

HellBound Books Publishing is an independent publisher founded in 2016 by James H. Longmore and Xtina Marie. Based in Houston, Texas, the company champions emerging authors while also publishing established writers, with a focus on horror, noir, bizarro, and other dark genres. Its catalog includes novels, novellas, anthologies, short story collections, and poetry, spanning supernatural tales, psychological thrillers, extreme horror, dark romance, dark humor, and more. Readers can also explore graphic novels and comics, nonfiction and reference titles, and selected special editions. Most books are available in paperback and eBook formats, with some hardcovers, and audiobooks are also offered. HellBound Books sells titles through its online store and other booksellers, and offers official T-shirts. The publisher invites writers to submit original work, while stating that it does not accept AI-written submissions or use AI for its books’ prose or cover art. It also supports the independent horror community and sponsors The New Panic Room Podcast, featuring music, conversation, and guests from independent literature.
