## Description

Help & Care is an Australian disability support provider founded in 2018 by professionals with experience in the sector. Its “Trusted Care” approach aims to make support easier to navigate for NDIS participants, with a focus on helping people build independence, access assistance for daily living, and pursue lives shaped by their own goals and choices. The organisation says it has supported hundreds of people across Australia and continually adapts its services to changing needs.

Its services include personalized assistance with personal care, everyday tasks, household activities, and life-stage transitions. Help & Care also supports travel and transport arrangements, shared or group living, community nursing, and the development of daily living skills. Participants can access therapeutic supports, group and centre-based activities, and assistance to take part in social, civic, and other community activities. Innovative community participation is also offered to encourage inclusion and connection. The team includes a physiotherapist, a registered nurse, a support coordinator, and other staff. Help & Care is based in Parramatta, New South Wales.
