## Description

Henrici is a family-oriented butcher and catering business based in Neu-Anspach in southern Hesse. The company emphasizes verified regional quality, daily freshness, sustainable production and in-house slaughter, which it says gives it control over the production chain. Its range includes fresh meat, steaks, sausages and frankfurters, barbecue products, ready-to-cook foods, preserves, cheese specialties, pet food, sauces and other accompaniments. Regional offerings include Taunus sausages and dry-aged Taunus pork, alongside products made fresh in-house.

Customers can shop through Henrici’s online store, Metzger24, and order a changing daily lunch menu online. The business also provides party and catering services, preparing cold or hot rustic and specialty buffets for private celebrations and company events. Henrici can organize complete events, with services ranging from catering and tents to additional arrangements. Its main butcher shop and a separate 24-hour Smartstore are located on Saalburgstraße in Neu-Anspach. Henrici presents its approach as prioritizing quality and good taste over competing on price.
