## Description

Hephaestus Stake Pool (HEPHY) is a dedicated single pool operator based in the United Kingdom, passionately contributing to the Cardano ecosystem since its launch in February 2022. Founded by Ian, an ADA holder since March 2018, HEPHY was created to give back to the community and provide educational resources for newcomers in the blockchain space. The pool name, inspired by the mythological god of fire and craftsmanship, reflects its ethos of innovation and support within the Cardano network.

As a committed member of the Cardano Single Pool Alliance (CSPA) and the Extra Small Pool Alliance (xSPO), Hephaestus aims to promote decentralization by pooling resources, allowing delegators to earn an average return of 3-4% annually while benefiting from Ian's technical expertise in running nodes on Intel NUC hardware. The pool not only focuses on developing robust infrastructure but also pledges to support charities in the arts and technology sectors, ensuring a meaningful impact beyond just staking rewards. Join Hephaestus Stake Pool to help shape the future of Cardano and enjoy a collaborative staking experience.
