## Description

Herbs for Equus is a German equine herbal tea brand founded by horse veterinarian Angela Krautwurst. Developed from her veterinary practice and knowledge of herbal medicine, its TeaTime for your horse® range offers three carefully formulated blends for horses: BREATH for respiratory support, LOVE for the immune system, and FLY for joints and the stomach. The teas combine selected herbs and fruits in pharmacopoeial or food-grade quality, with no fillers, additives, or preservatives. They are blended and packed by hand in Germany, and each batch is externally analyzed.

Unlike powdered herbs, the products are prepared as infusions so that plant compounds can be extracted in hot water. The tea is served once daily, cooled to lukewarm, either on its own or with feed. Each 700-gram pouch is intended to last about two weeks for a horse, with separate dosing guidance for ponies. The brand states a 48-hour withdrawal period for sport horses. Products are available through the company’s online shop, equestrian retailers, veterinarians, and therapists.
