## Description

Her Game Academy is an online basketball development brand created exclusively for female players, serving athletes from age eight through the college game. Founded in Martinez, California, by coaches Elian Medrano and Arnav Kumar, it aims to give each player a clear, measurable path for improvement rather than a collection of unrelated drills.

Its curriculum is organized into four age-based books: The Learner (ages 8–10), The Apprentice (11–13), The Breakthrough (14–17), and The Prospect (18+). Each book includes 64 training days, with chapters and workouts tailored to skill level and progression. Training covers ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, and game skills. Athletic development, including strength, first-step, landing, and deceleration work, is added from age 14.

Players start with a questionnaire and timed video tests, then follow a self-paced plan and complete monthly assessments to measure progress and unlock chapters. Basic, Premium, and Elite memberships offer the curriculum, with higher tiers adding assessments, progress reports, individualized programming, and coach communication.
