## Description

Herizons is a Canadian quarterly magazine focused on feminist social commentary. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, it publishes writing and creative work about art, culture, and legal, political, and community affairs. Its coverage takes an anti-oppression perspective, exploring how gender, race, sexuality, ability, and other intersecting aspects of identity shape people’s lived experiences.

The magazine brings together features, interviews, art reviews, book reviews, news, and reader-submitted creative work. Its Fall 2026 issue, Volume 40, Number 3, focuses on collage and examines how repurposed public and personal images can support self-expression, feminist liberation, and movement building. Herizons also presents collage contests and online workshops, and shares updates through a newsletter featuring issue releases, open calls, and other news.

Readers can subscribe, purchase the current issue, or explore back issues. The magazine also provides information for advertisers and contributors, with submission opportunities, and invites support through donations. Herizons offers a platform for feminist perspectives and creative voices across a range of social and cultural topics.
