## Description

Herodikos is a brand that offers a medical movement therapy program against back and knee pain, developed by doctors and physiotherapists and supported by an app. Their aim is to provide a solution for individuals suffering from these common musculoskeletal conditions. The program is designed to provide personalized therapy through a video training plan that is tailored to each individual's specific symptoms and needs. Herodikos is a certified medical device and all content has been developed by a team of medical professionals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Through the app, patients can connect with their healthcare provider or physiotherapist for ongoing guidance and support throughout their therapy. The program also allows for regular adjustments to the exercise plan based on the individual's progress. Studies have shown that individually tailored movement therapy can effectively alleviate pain, improve performance, and enhance overall well-being. Herodikos offers professionally guided, personalized therapy for everyone. To get started, individuals can check if their health insurance covers the costs of Herodikos and find a participating doctor who can prescribe the program.
