## Description

HEROS Charity is a remarkable organization dedicated to providing care, support, and a second chance for retired racehorses. With a strong and knowledgeable team, HEROS works tirelessly to ensure the well-being of these magnificent animals. Led by Grace Muir, the former Stud Manager at North Farm Stud, the charity believes that retirement from racing should not be the end for these horses. HEROS takes advantage of the exceptional facilities at North Farm Stud, including a 40 x 20 outdoor school and a state-of-the-art indoor arena with a viewing gallery. These outstanding facilities allow for the retraining and rehoming of ex-racehorses, providing them with a loving and comfortable new home. To support their valuable work, HEROS regularly applies for grants and receives proceeds from charitable trusts. They are always open to new opportunities and welcome any support for their horse welfare and educational programs. If you are passionate about horses and their well-being, there are various ways to get involved with HEROS, such as volunteering or joining the HEROS Club. You can also support their efforts through easy fundraising, local giving, or participating in the West Berkshire Lottery. If you are considering retraining or purchasing an ex-racehorse, HEROS offers valuable advice and guidance through their website. They also provide enriching educational programs, diploma courses, and apprenticeships for aspiring equestrians. HEROS Charity is an incredible organization that continues to make a profound impact on the lives of ex-racehorses. Contact them today to be a part of this inspiring journey.
