## Description

Hero’s Tome is an unofficial digital companion app for fifth edition tabletop role-playing, designed to make character management easier during play. Its interactive character sheet brings abilities, saving throws, skills, proficiencies, features, and traits together in a clear, mobile-friendly layout, with entries that include plain-language notes. Players can tap abilities or skills to roll, apply advantage or disadvantage, and review a roll log.

The app connects equipment to character stats, updating details such as armor class, attacks, and carried weight when items are equipped. Its inventory tracks contents, rarity, and attunement, while quick-access gear and consumables can be used from a single row. Spell cards display key casting details and rules text, and spell slots can be spent or restored with a tap.

Hero’s Tome also includes a party chest and shared journal for recording quests, loot, and other campaign details. The app is presented as an early-access product, with a demo available and a newsletter for updates.
