## Description

Herself is the personal brand of Sanna, bringing together her experience in media and marketing, her passion for writing, and her commitment to sport and personal development. Guided by courage, perseverance, authenticity, sensitivity, and passion, Herself helps businesses communicate their stories in their own voice. Its services include content creation, from longer written materials and press releases to social media content, as well as sports marketing and opportunities for partners to be part of Sanna’s journey as a goal-oriented cross-country skier.

Sanna’s professional background spans digital media, media sales, product development, and B2B marketing. Her work with a Finnish start-up helped her recognise writing as a particular strength. In 2025, she qualified as a psychological coach, offering support to athletes and people in working life. Rather than providing ready-made answers, she helps clients identify their own resources and find solutions for themselves. Herself is rooted in the belief that bold choices can bring people closer to meaningful goals, whether in business, sport, or life.
