## Description

H.E.R. Healing, Empowered & Resilient is a women’s mental health service based in Clarksville, Indiana, focused on supporting women across the lifespan, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Led by Amy Falkenstein, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with perinatal mental health certification, the practice offers medication management and brief support therapy. Its services include initial assessments for women’s and perinatal mental health, follow-up therapy, combined therapy and medication appointments, and medication follow-ups.

H.E.R. supports clients facing depression, anxiety, grief, overwhelm, mood changes, trauma, and other life transitions. Perinatal support addresses concerns such as postpartum anxiety and depression, birth trauma, miscarriage, and the experiences of mothers with babies in neonatal intensive care. Appointments are available in person at the Clarksville office and virtually. The practice accepts several insurance plans, including Indiana Medicaid, and offers a sliding scale for private-pay clients, as well as HSA and FSA card payments. H.E.R.’s mission is to help women build healing, empowerment, resilience, and mental wellness.
