# Herzalter bestimmen - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `herzalter-bestimmen.de` ## Description Assmann-Stiftung für Prävention is a pioneering initiative focused on enhancing heart health awareness and prevention in Germany. Established by Professor Dr. Gerd Assmann in 2003, the foundation promotes public health through scientific research and educational initiatives. The project "Deutschland bestimmt das Herzalter" offers individuals the opportunity to determine their heart age quickly and anonymously, providing essential insights into their heart health based on 25 years of research, including data from the PROCAM study. The foundation offers valuable resources such as the online magazine "Der Herzhelfer," which features articles on dietary recommendations and physical activities beneficial for heart health. Topics range from the importance of a Mediterranean diet to managing cholesterol and diabetes. Through workshops and partnerships with companies and healthcare providers, the foundation aims to reach and inform as many people as possible about heart health and the risks associated with it. By fostering a healthier lifestyle and understanding individual heart risks, the Assmann-Stiftung for Prevention empowers citizens to take proactive steps towards their cardiac well-being. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Public Health and Safety _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/AssmannStiftung) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/assmannstiftung) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idTQN-fxp5/w/1174/h/249/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1721820562572) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idTQN-fxp5/w/413/h/413/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1721820562683) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bright Red | #aa0000 | accent | | Kabul | #68433e | dark | | Wild Sand | #f7f7f7 | light | ## Fonts - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
