## Description

HerzBauchBindung is a maternal support and coaching brand for women navigating pregnancy and motherhood. Its guiding purpose is to help expectant and new mothers, as well as women further along in their parenting journey, reconnect with their own strength, understand their wishes and goals, and feel more confident in the choices they make. The name reflects its focus on the mother, her child and the bond they share.

Services include one-to-one coaching, offered online or in person, with hypnotherapy techniques available to support clients working through fears, personal challenges or uncertainty. As a midwife, the founder also provides pregnancy consultations, help with pregnancy-related concerns and midwifery antenatal care, with coaching or hypnosis as possible additions. Regular women’s circles create space for community, relaxation and acceptance, including groups for pregnant women and mothers.

HerzBauchBindung also produces the Herz Bauch Bindung podcast, featuring more than 135 episodes with information, inspiration, guest conversations and meditations on topics relevant to pregnancy and motherhood. The brand shares updates and new course offerings through Instagram.
