## Description

Hess Workforce provides employer-of-record and back-office administration services for staffing companies and workforce development organizations. The company also helps employers access tax credit incentives when they hire people facing barriers to employment. Its services support organizations and programs focused on workforce development, including youth employment, internships, apprenticeships, and staffing initiatives.

Hess Workforce describes workforce development as a pathway to social mobility and aims to help build an inclusive, full-employment U.S. economy. By managing workforce administration and facilitating tax incentives, it gives client organizations practical support for their missions and operations, while helping employers make use of available incentives when hiring eligible workers. The company views changes in the modern workplace as an opportunity to rethink staffing and recognize employees as assets to be nurtured.

Hess Workforce reports serving client organizations across multiple states and facilitating more than $15 million in tax credit incentives for client companies hiring people with employment barriers.
