## Description

HevonHetki is a wellbeing business founded by Hanne Tyynelä in Seinäjoki, Finland, serving both horses and people. Its services bring together equine care and personal support, with a focus on wellbeing, performance and attentive, respectful interaction. HevonHetki provides horse massage, which may include basic massage, fascial treatment, TENS and laser therapy. Appointments last about 60 minutes, with travel fees applying to visits outside the local area.

Through OlonHetki, the business offers psychological coaching for athletes and individual supportive conversations. Sessions provide a confidential, unhurried setting to explore personal circumstances and support mental wellbeing. Meetings are available in person in Seinäjoki or remotely. Tyynelä is a trained social worker, psychological coach, horse masseuse and social-pedagogical equine activity instructor, with experience in social work and a background in volleyball as an athlete and coach. She has operated her own business since 2023, drawing on her professional training and experience to support people and horses. HevonHetki shares service information, pricing and contact options online, including phone, email and a contact form.
