## Description

Hexengilde Sauerwasen e.V. is a carnival association based in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, active since 1978. Welcoming visitors to its “virtual fifth season,” the group celebrates local Fasnet traditions and brings members and carnival enthusiasts together through events, gatherings, and community activities. Its website shares association news, schedules, photographs, and information about the group’s history and customs.

The Hexengilde’s calendar includes Fasnet events and appearances at carnival parades, with galleries documenting visits to Schwenningen, Weigheim, and Bad Dürrheim. The association also organizes activities such as a summer festival at Möglingshöhe, a children’s witch event, a scavenger hunt, and a community clean-up. Members and friends can attend a monthly Stammtisch on the first Friday of each month at Zum Fässle. The organization provides information about joining, its costume rules, officers, statutes, and Hexentanz, as well as contact details for inquiries. With a lively, welcoming spirit, Hexengilde Sauerwasen e.V. supports shared celebrations and local community life throughout the year.
