The company describes itself as a startup of the University of Zurich and presents bee-derived ingredients as the foundation of its product range, including propolis, royal jelly and honey. Its online shop serves customers in Switzerland and other European markets, with German and French language options, and notes that selected products are also available in pharmacies.

The range includes propolis sprays and drops, throat and cough products, nasal spray, lozenges, honey, royal jelly shots, and bee venom cream. heybee also sells supplements combining propolis with vitamin C, vitamin D3 or zinc, alongside bundles and sets for areas such as throat care, immune support, children and pollen support.
