## Description

Hickory New Covenant Church of God is a welcoming Christian church focused on helping people find hope, grow in faith, and draw closer to God. Led by Bishop Dennis Pitts, Sr., the congregation seeks to create a positive, inclusive environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Members study the Bible, put its teachings into practice, and support one another as a church family. Sunday gatherings include Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. and morning worship at 10:30 a.m.

The church offers ministries and opportunities to serve for children, the Awaken youth group, and Young @ Heart, along with worship, music, and usher teams. Its music ministry includes choir members, vocalists, and instrumentalists. The church also supports missionaries serving in places including Israel, Colombia, India, and South Dakota, and encourages service in both local communities and overseas. Prayer is an important part of church life, with a Tuesday observance of prayer and fasting. Visitors can explore church information, media, sermons, and giving resources, or contact the church office for further details.
