## Description

The Elizabeth Dole Foundation supports military and veteran caregivers through its Hidden Heroes initiative, helping people who care for loved ones navigate the challenges of caregiving and connect with others in similar situations. Its website brings together practical resources, educational tools, and community opportunities for caregivers at every stage of their journey. Offerings include the Bob Hope Critical Financial Assistance Program, resource navigation, mental wellness support, guidance on mental health coverage, and a family resource hub with information for children and youth. Caregivers can also explore financial wellness webinars, yoga and mindfulness activities, respite opportunities, and the Caregiver Journey Map. Hidden Heroes encourages visitors to find support, learn about available services, and join a welcoming caregiver community. The foundation provides ways to meet other caregivers, participate in the Dole Caregiver Fellows program, and read the Caregiver Blog. Through these programs and resources, the Elizabeth Dole Foundation works to ensure military and veteran caregivers feel supported, informed, and less alone.
