## Description

High Chaparral Gunsmithing is a family-run Arizona business founded in 2020 by Dave and Eugene Grimm, combining more than 50 years of hands-on firearms experience. The team emphasizes careful craftsmanship, fair pricing, safety, and practical solutions shaped around each customer’s needs. Its work includes firearm repairs, modifications, customizations, heat treatments, engraving, refinishing, and ground-up custom builds. The business also highlights expertise in action work and restoring older firearms, alongside related skills in fabrication, knife making, and blacksmithing. Dave Grimm is an NRA-certified pistol instructor, and the company shares educational resources such as fieldstripping guides, videos, and manufacturer-organized information. High Chaparral Gunsmithing serves customers in Arizona, with locations listed in Prescott and Mesa; however, its website states that Prescott stopped accepting gunsmithing work effective June 24, 2024, following Gene’s retirement. The company also indicates that a shop for products it recommends is coming soon. Customers can consult its service information and price sheet or contact the team to discuss a project.
