Founded by Monica Floyd, herself a first generation college student, Highest Degree understands the unique challenges faced by these students and their parents in navigating the college admissions process.

With 25 years of experience in higher education, Monica has a proven track record of helping students not only gain admission to college but also ensuring their success and graduation. At Highest Degree, we offer a range of support services including educational opportunities, scholarships, college preparation, and ongoing support for students and their families. Our dedicated Board of Directors, led by President Dr.
