## Description

High Flying Lights is a family-created seasonal light show in Weddington, North Carolina, offering immersive Halloween and Christmas displays designed to bring joy to families and the community. Running from mid-September through the end of December, the show begins with a whimsical, non-scary Halloween scene featuring pumpkins, bats, and playful seasonal imagery, then transforms in November into a festive Christmas display.

The experience features more than 100,000 individually controlled RGB LED pixels, mega-trees, and custom pixel props, all programmed to move in sync with music. Visitors can listen from their vehicles by tuning to 92.5 FM or streaming the soundtrack through PulseMesh. The display is intended for all ages, with guests asked to remain in their vehicles as they follow a neighborhood traffic route.

Beyond entertainment, High Flying Lights aims to create uplifting moments and support local families. It helps raise awareness of HOPE (Hearts Of People Everywhere), an independent nonprofit serving Union County with Christmas meals and gifts for children.
