## Description

Kumukahi Health + Wellness (KH+W) is a Hawai‘i Island community health organization rooted in harm reduction. It provides a safe, supportive space for people affected by or living with HIV and others in underserved communities, while addressing social factors that influence health. Its services are designed to support sexual health, wellness, and access to care.

Through its AIAOLA sexual health clinic, KH+W offers HIV care, transgender care, hormone evaluation and treatment, PrEP, and confidential STI testing. The organization also provides HIV case management, health insurance assistance, free condoms, Narcan, and syringe exchange services. People who are newly diagnosed or living with HIV can access practical support, while those without insurance or needing help with an existing plan can seek assistance through its Kokua Services Partnership. Free and confidential testing is available by appointment.

KH+W serves communities through offices in Hilo and Kailua-Kona, and also offers opportunities to get involved through volunteering, donations, fundraising, and events. Its work centers on accessible, respectful care and support for people across Hawai‘i Island.
