## Description

HIJINX is an agentic guest experience and operations platform designed for entertainment venues. It serves cinemas, drafthouses, drive-ins, bowling centers, family entertainment centers, arcades, mini-golf courses, axe-throwing venues, karaoke businesses, trampoline parks, VR centers, and go-kart facilities. The platform brings venue operations and guest interactions together through connected tools for ticketing, reservations, food and beverage point of sale, websites, mobile apps, kiosks, scan-to-order, campaigns, promotions, loyalty, subscriptions, memberships, gift cards, and vouchers.

HIJINX combines these modules in a unified data layer, allowing venue events and transactions to inform its AI agents. Jinx coordinates the agents, while Ace supports sales and promotions, Rico focuses on abandoned carts and guest re-engagement, Atlas provides analytics and forecasts, and Sage handles guest conversations, booking inquiries, refunds, and rebookings. The agents can propose or carry out actions across the platform, with operators approving proposals. Currently in private preview, HIJINX aims to help venue teams coordinate operations, improve guest service, and identify revenue opportunities.
