For sports enthusiasts, Hill House offers athletics programs including baseball, basketball, flag football, girls' athletics, ice skating, lacrosse, pre-K sports, soccer, summer sports, tennis, and more. In addition to their regular programs, Hill House organizes various events and initiatives like the Hill House Outreach Program (HHOP) and fundraising events.
